Wood flooring or parquet is a mosaic of wood timbers which are composed of three layers: the top layer, made of solid wood, the middle layer in solid fir, and the bottom layer, known as “counterbalance” timber and made of solid wood. The wood timbers are assembled with natural glues, oils and paints.
